Our Fall Classics Are Back!

We are excited to announce that CCEF's fall classics are returning in October! That's right, CCEF will be hosting their annual Golf Classic, along with a great new addition, the Tennis and Pickleball Classic. These two amazing events play a big part in funding our Rapid Grant and Impact Grant programs here at the Cherokee County Educational Foundation, and we are looking forward to a great day of competition!

2022 Golf Classic

This year our CCEF Golf Classic is being presented by Northside Hospital Cherokee, one of CCEF's amazing sponsors, and will be held on Monday October 10th, 2022, at the Bridgemill Athletic Club in Canton, Georgia. Registration can be made as an individual or a team of four, and we are also offering a range of sponsorship levels, from a single tee or hole to contest-level sponsors and higher.

Registration will begin at 8:00 a.m. and the shotgun start will begin at 10:00 a.m. If you're interested in becoming a sponsor or want to read more about registration head here to learn more.

2022 Tennis & Pickleball Classic

Now including Pickleball, this year's CCEF Tennis and Pickleball classic is set to be one to remember! With past years' classics holding just tennis and golf tournaments, we are happy to welcome back our past tennis competitors and any new ones to this year's tournament. This year, the CCEF Tennis and Pickleball Classic will be presented by the Credit Union of Georgia, one of CCEF's amazing sponsors.

Whether you're a part of the pickleball wave that has that has taken over in past few years, or you want to find out what it's all about – this one's for you. As one of the easiest racket-based sports to pick up, pickleball is a super fun sport that is like ping-pong, tennis and badminton wrapped into one.

Whether you want to round up your doubles team for tennis or pickleball, or just want to come play as an individual, be sure to arrive for registration and warm-ups by 8:00 a.m. and be ready to start at 9:00 a.m. on October 10th, 2022. For more information on sponsoring or registering for the Tennis and Pickleball classic, head to our website for more information.
